The month of October has flown by. We have had a lot to deal with during this time of Covid and I am slowly getting back to productivity with my writing.
I celebrated a birthday this week. It was a quiet one but pleasant and relaxing with hubs and Mandy and Minnie.
Back to the keyboard – I have three projects – two series and my WWII historical novel. Trying to put pen to paper or in this context the computer to nail down 500+ words a day plus research.
Lots of Zoom meetings. Attended two virtual conferences this month. One was for Women Writing the West and the other was for Bouchercon. These are in addition to my writing groups that meet virtually once a month and my critique group which Zooms twice a month. I think virtual is our future which is okay. It saves gas, stress, and time and still allows us to communicate with each other. Not as good as in-person – no hugs but still better than nothing.
